Just catching up or catching on to the greatness that is Being Human? If you fall in to one of these two groups or if you’ve been a P1 since that fateful day you learned that it was quite possible that a vampire, werewolf and ghost could move in to the flat next door or down the street, you have to mark 23 January at 9:00pm on your calendar. At that time, stop whatever you are doing, wherever you are in the UK and tune to BBC3 for the premiere of series 3 of this great series. Unfortunately, US viewers will have to wait until Summer 2011, from what I hear, to be a part of the greatness.

Series 3 will see Mitchell, George and Nina leave Bristol and make the move to Wales to continue their efforts to ‘be human’. It’s hard enough when you’re not a vampire, werewolf or ghost. Imagine if your first responsibility is to rescue Annie before she is sent to hell. And that’s only the first day. Series 3 will see some familiar faces to British comedy fans as James Fleet (Hugo, Vicar of Dibley) guest stars in one episode.

Those outside the UK will not be left out during series 3 as the creator, Toby Whitehouse, and writers of BH have created an online extension to the series, Becoming Human, that will launch midway though series 3 on the series homepage.

Until then, just a few bits to tide you over or make you get on a plane headed east to London for the remainder of the newest installments. This is just more fun than the law allows…
