The music of a PBS 'Masterpiece', Case Histories

The PBS Masterpiece presentation, Case Histories, has definitely taken viewers minds off the fact that there are still 76 days until the premiere of Downton Abbey 2 on January 8, 2012. Two episodes into the 3-part series starring Jason Isaacs as private investigator Jackson Brodie has generated not only strong viewing numbers but significant viewer buzz. And, it’s not just the viewers desperately trying to remember where they had seen Jason Isaacs prior to Case Histories. FYI, for those playing along at home, Isaacs was most recently seen as Lucius Malfoy in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

The question of the day from everyone seems to revolve around the hauntingly amazing soundtrack that is featured throughout all three episodes. Unfortunately, there was no song listing on the credits, but we did a bit of Sherlock work on Monday for Tellyspotting readers and we were able to come up with this from our friends over at Masterpiece.

The MASTERPIECE presentation of Case Histories features original compositions throughout, by John Keane ( Ruby Films (Case Histories) Limited) as well as the following pieces:
