Downton Abbey cast point out obvious misspelling on the NY subway
 

 
As everyone knows west of the Atlantic Ocean, series 3 of Downton Abbey premieres as part of PBS’ Masterpiece beginning on January 6, 2013. In preparation of the premiere, the Downton cast has descended upon the States this past week to promote the premiere by storming the studios of NBC’s Today Show and attending their first ever professional basketball game, watching the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden, amongst other promotional stops.
 

 
With most of the United States eagerly anticipating this mega-telly event, PBS and Masterpiece created a live-streamed panel discussion on Wednesday evening with Downton Abbey cast and executive producer, moderated by Masterpiece executive producer Rebecca Eaton. The panel featured Hugh Bonneville (Lord Grantham), Jim Carter (Mr. Carson), Rob James-Collier (Thomas Barrow), Joanne Frogatt (Anna Bates), Elizabeth McGovern (Lady Cora), Sophie McShera (Daisy Mason) and Downton Abbey executive producer, Gareth Neame.
