Special Sherlock 2 sneak preview, Sunday (4/29) at 7:30pm – Trinity Hall, Mockingbird Station
It seems as though, lately, I start most every post saying, …for those fortunate enough to live in the UK… envious of the fact that folks in the UK get to see brilliant telly several months in advance of folks in the States. Even though UK Sherlock fans have had the good fortunate to see the greatness of Sherlock 2 already, the time is just about upon us for some Steven Moffat/Mark Gatiss brilliance to come to the States with the premiere episode of the long-awaited new season of Sherlock on PBS, Sunday, May 6.
What if I can’t wait until May 6?
In advance of the premiere, Sherlock fans need to make their way to Trinity Hall (Mockingbird Station in Dallas) this coming Sunday, April 29, at 7:30pm for an evening of all-things Sherlock. The great folks over at Trinity Hall will be hosting their regular Sunday evening Pub Quiz, this Sunday with Sherlock-themed questions, beginning at 7:30pm. In between rounds, KERA will be showing a very special preview of the premiere episode of Sherlock “A Scandal in Belgravia”. I know Monday is a school day, but this is definitely something you don’t want to miss.
Be the first on your block in North Texas to see this special preview by coming to Trinity Hall at Mockingbird Station in Dallas on Sunday, April 29 at 7:30pm. As the invite says, “wear a scarf and get 10% off your bill“. Doesn’t take the world’s greatest detective to deduce this is going to be a great night!
Thanks for supporting your neighborhood locals, KERA and Trinity Hall. Hope to see you Sunday.
Don’t forget that Sherlock 2 premieres Sunday, May 6 as part of PBS’ Masterpiece series on KERA and PBS stations nationwide. If you are one of the few that missed season one, KERA will be showing the entire first series of Sherlock on Saturday, May 5 from 8:00p-12:30a (following the premiere of the new season of Doc Martin at 7:00pm) to get you up to speed for the next night premiere.
