At long last, it appears that even the reality of a coronavirus pandemic won’t sideline the bike riding midwives of Nonnatus House as the BBC has confirmed the premiere date Call the Midwife S10 as Sunday, April 18 on BBC1.

While this is certainly delightful news for fans in the UK that have been waiting since the beginning of 2021, this is also very welcome news for CTM fans in America as once the series completes its run in the UK, a premiere on PBS is imminent which means that folks on this side of the pond can fully expect a Fall 2021 return to Poplar with the traditional holiday special tacked on at the end.

Call the Midwife S10 premieres Sunday, 18 April at 8p on BBC1 with PBS airdate to follow later in 2021.
