Fern Cottage, the iconic cottage featured Doc Martin as Dr. Martin Ellingham’s home and GP surgery has gone on the market for a cool £1.25 million. The cottage has been featured in the show for 18 years and is considered a classic fisherman’s stone cottage with two bedrooms, a slate terrace and a tiered garden and impressive sea views from its elevated position overlooking Port Isaac’s historic fishing village and harbor.
