Full disclosure, I had no idea there were other versions of the brilliant Ricky Gervais series, The Office, outside of the original and the American remake starring Steve Carrell. The new remake kid on the block will be the 13th version of the acclaimed series with this version of The Office actually marking the first time that there’s a female lead at the helm, with it now being confirmed that Felicity Ward will be playing Hannah Howard, managing director of Flinley Craddick.

Known for her roles in Time Bandits and Wakefield, Felicity Ward has also appeared on Richard Osman’s House of Games before taking on the iconic leading comedy for herself, following in the footsteps of Steve Carell, Ricky Gervais and others.
